GRAHAM GNAGY

Financial Analyst

Graham is a recent graduate of Wabash College and one of the newest additions to the District Capital team from the Indianapolis-based Crossroads Realty Advisors. Alongside Matthew Trojan, Graham is responsible for underwriting new deals and shepherding new loans through closing, assisting with the collection and organization of due diligence, and coordinating all third-party reports.

Prior to joining District Capital, Graham completed an FP&A internship with Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance and a financial optimization internship for Purchasing Platform, a tech startup in Chicago. While attending Wabash, Graham was a senior consultant for the college, a leading member of the Audit and Finance Committee for the Student Council, and helped organize the annual TEDxWabashCollege. Through these roles, Graham gained extensive financial and analytic knowledge and great consulting experience that help him and the team at District Capital.

Graham earned his undergraduate degree in 2022, where he majored in financial economics and double minored in business and philosophy. He enjoys competitive sports, supporting local restaurants, cooking, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
