Kevin Brosch currently serves as Commercial Mortgage Loan Originator for District Capital in Southwest Ohio. Kevin is a 2005 Graduate of Franklin University in Columbus, OH where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He is also a 2013 Graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH where he received his Masters of Business Administration in Finance.  

Prior to joining District Capital, Kevin was a Vice President of Business Development at Cooperative Business Services in Cincinnati for 7.5 years specializing in commercial real estate financing in partnership with local credit unions.  Before joining CBS Kevin was a Commercial Loan Officer and Assistant Vice President at CenterBank in Cincinnati for 1.5 years.  In both roles he gained valuable experience in business development as well as commercial loan structuring, pricing, and underwriting. Kevin also originally worked for Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati for 8 years where he was an Assistant Vice President in Commercial Credit but began his career with the company as a Financial Center Manager in various local branches.  

Kevin is actively involved in the commercial real estate industry in Cincinnati and has been affiliated with the following organizations: the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati (CRECGC), CCIM Ohio, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), the Cincinnati Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW), the Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the UC Real Estate Roundtable, and Business Network International (BNI).  He is also actively involved with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati.

As a Commercial Mortgage Loan Originator for District Capital, Kevin is responsible for mortgage loan origination in the Southwest Ohio area and surrounding markets.
