Nick Grimes

Financial Analyst

Nick is the newest addition to the District Capital team in Detroit working as a Financial Analyst responsible for underwriting new deals. Nick recently graduated from the Mendoza College of Business - University of Notre Dame with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Prior to joining District Capital, Nick gained experience in real estate working as an intern for a commercial real estate brokerage and earning his Michigan Real Estate Agent License.

Outside of work, Nick is a diehard supporter of Notre Dame Football and all Detroit sports. He also enjoys reading a good book, chess, and staying active by going to the gym.
