Nick Manley

Financial Analyst

Nick Manley is a Financial Analyst in District Capital's Cleveland office, where he assists with the underwriting and execution of commercial real estate financing transactions.

Nick recently earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics--Economics from Brown University, where he was a member of the football team. Prior to joining District Capital, he interned as an Investments Intern with Washington Prime Group.

Nick lives in Medina, Ohio, with his fianc©e, Maddy. Outside of work, he enjoys following Cleveland sports and spending time with friends and family.
